I take your point hugo but here in the UK we are really used to Sodexo catering at the bottom end of the market and while I agree, the UA lounge is excellent - for me the best in T2 at LHR, it's just the name that immediately makes you think poor/low quality and there's no doubt the LH lounge has gone down hill significantly since they took over - just look at the bread, it's shocking and the absence of decently cooked bacon, well, any bacon in the mornings is a real disappointment and that's only at the start of the day. The LHR lounge used to be a nice place to wait with a few treats to pass the time, now it's below mediocre but you are right, it's Lufthansa who are to blame, not the caterer.
