"Third-world" countries? Yeesh. If we're adopting its stereotypical meaning, have you seen US airports lately?
Back to the main topic, I will reiterate that Mexican airports are good for Priority Pass holders. Although not all offer food, they always have wifi/drinks/clean bogs.
In the past week I've used one at MEX (it had something to nibble on), LAP (ditto), and CUL (no grub, at least in the morning). Culiacán's isn't bad because it overlooks part of the apron, and gives some nice mountain shots.
