Wouldn't it be quicker to allocate a remote stand in these circumstances and use both doors?
Is it done when the aircraft is to operate a domestic flight next, or is it just a matter of getting the plane to stop somewhere and unload?
I have had this happen a few times. QUite often the CPH plane can then be used for NCL so they park up at domestic kick you off the back clean the ac then load up for the NCL flight.
