I raised the VeriFly issue with one of the Menzies managers. They were adamant that it was only for use in LHR and they’ve been instructed by BA to check all paperwork. Not wanting the whole priority tag debate to raise its ugly head, but I was informed they’ve been told not to do it as it’s in the barcodes. They did say that they’d rather use them as it would mean an end to the complaints…
sounds almost like a vegas debacle--did you write in to BA?
