I have flown some long domestic flights and am pretty much a regular on the 5 hour hop from TPA/MCO-LAX/SFO at this point, but my upcoming TPA-SEA-ANC will be my first time doing a flight all the way to the other side of the continent. Even by my standards, this is a pretty serious journey considering its approaching 11 hours on essentially a 737. Any tips to mentally prepare myself?
I just did 12 hours on AS yesterday. 6 hours today. I read two books, had a couple of naps and enjoyed every second of it. Being in F definitely helps. Load up on your preferred form of entertainment (books, movies, internet) and enjoy the ride.
