I will write a letter, but I don't expect any compensation .... I'd like to expect more on a full-fare £5,000 ticket though (LHR-ORD-JFK-LHR).
Of course the stairs were also put at door 2, and as I was in Row 1, meant tracking back through the masses. Not that I am bitter
Remote stands generally don't bother me that much though. It's often quicker to catch the bus than walk from one of the further gates ....
