Topped off a very very bad flight. It was a sleeper service for a start (which we all love to hate), and the IFE didn't work at all throughout the plane for the whole flight ....
Sounds nasty One recent experience which wasn't as bad but still annoying - BA174 at the start of this month landed a little early, waited ~40mins just to cross the active to get to T4...and even then to a remote stand and busses On the plus side, the stairs were put at the 2nd exit and I was the very first down them

My all time best - BA286 SFO-LHR (in the T4) days. Landed late (something like 30mins IIRC?) due to late departure. Had to turn engines off and wait for a tug to get us to stand. Tug broke. Had to wait for a tug to tug the tug and then us. Tug-tug broke. Third tug tugged everyone out of the way eventually. More tugging than at a scout camp. Then find the airbridge not working. Wait for stairs. Total delay >2hrs from landing! I was not a happy bunny at all. This was a couple of years back but I can't remember the exact date...tried to blank it I think!
