I had 1 hour and 40 minutes once in ORD before reaching the gate (admitedly this was a real gate with a sleeve).
The outcome was that I just made my connection on to BA to LHR (by running very fast) instead of having a 2 hour break in the lounge, but more disturbing was the loss of my luggage for an incredible 13 days!
