It's not Flagship, it's Admiral's standard right now.
Last time I was there they had run out of alcoholic beers.
But they did make some to-order guacamole at the makeshift food station... which was, more or less, the only food on offer (save for some bananas and hummus).

Also the walk from T4 AA lounge to a typical BA departure gate in TBIT (obviously can vary as that jetty is long) is 8 1/2 minutes. I timed it last time - because all the OW TBIT lounges were closed and, for that one day only, the Star Alliance lounge agreement hadn't been renewed - and I don't walk slowly.
