I’ve never stayed at HIX City but it doesn’t look the most inviting imo, it’s also closed just now by the look of things so if booking it I’d have a backup option in place just incase they do what IC02 done last year and cancel with two weeks notice when the rates had increased all over London. Indigo TB is a decent hotel and breakfast was good from what I remember, if choosing between these two and rates were similar I’d go with Indigo.

Haven’t stayed at HI Bloomsbury for years but noticed they currently have a special rate promotion running via Instagram so it may be worth checking your dates with them if paying cash.
