I can’t say the luggage set up bothers me that much now that the belt is actually working behind the desks although admittedly I’ve not had the amount of luggage mentioned in some posts so that would probably change my view on it.

One of the big issues IMO is the ratio of Eco/Biz check-in desks. With many services (or at least most of the ones I’ve been on lately) running with huge club cabins that hasn’t been taken into consideration and at times it’s been quicker to join the normal queue.
