You are not communicating with Virgin on Facebook if they are asking you for identity verification via a Crypto account. You've found a scammer profile, of which there are a few with sizable pages that are switched to be Virgin (and other airlines) for exactly this reason.

They do pick up the phone, but you often will be waiting 90 minutes unless you call early on in the day. WhatsApp is definitely flakey, with some getting no response, others quick responses. Twitter also works with them.
