Turkish Air not recognizing MP number with letters
When UA merged with Continental, my Mileage Plus number was changed to one comprising 3 letters and 5 numbers.
I am having problems because Turkish Airlines insist my membership number must be numbers only for getting credit for flights. United say Star Alliance partners should accept the new number and that my MP number cannot be changed to numbers only.
they say all I can do if TA refuse is to submit proof of flights. I've tried this before but never got the miles credited. Any suggestions?
