Surely T5 can't be that busy they can't accommodate planes on stands? And having two longhauls within 5 minutes of each other is a recipe for disaster!

BA have a problem in that currently their schedules are doubled up because they absorbed big chunks of the Gatwick short haul network into Heathrow and haven't changed the flight times. This particularly effects the mornings, which means they do not have enough gates.
