Virgin Atlantic customer service sucks

They don't pick up the phone. Not responding on WhatsApp. On Facebook they are asking for identity verification via Crypto trading account, Coinbase, Moonpay etc. before one can even discuss options after Virgin changed flights with over 24 hour delay (i.e. next day) for the 2nd part of the return leg.
