Not an expert on the subject, just some thoughts that come to mind:

I believe that a couple of days and several visits to the tailor are required for the measurements and corrections for a "true" bespoke suit. The customer might then expect to receive the suit in about two-to four months time, if I'm not mistaken.

However, there is one off-the-shelf alternative, namely the Chester Barrie shop at Savile Row. They have handmade, high-quality suits that can be adjusted according to the customers wishes and are not nearly as costly as Anderson & Sheppard and co. Might be advisable to contact them in advance regarding measurements and special wishes.
