Anyone taken the “no test because I had Covid” exemption to fly back to US? Looks like a positive test report within past 90 days AND a doctor’s note saying “cleared for travel” (whatever that means) is required. There is no standard form or wording for the latter and so seems subject to whoever is inspecting the document to accept/reject not to mention doctors may not understand what means.

If one tested positive and recovered with home/hotel isolation and had no Dr contact, do you have to go and find a Dr to attest to that?

Would a subsequent negative test report be sufficient instead?
