I purchased two Business Class fares today for CAI-DOH-PHL on Nov. 23, 2022. The CAI-DOH route is marked First because (I assume) the 777-300ER is older metal and does not have QSuites. No issue there. The DOH-PHL leg is shown as "Business(D)".

My question is, which "Business Class" fare did I purchase and will I have access to the Al Mourjan Business Lounge? On the QR site it says access to Al Mourjan is limited to Qatar Airways First Class and Business Class (Elite, Comfort & Classic), but Business Class (Lite) passengers must purchase access. How does my "Business Class(D)" ticket jibe with these four different Business Class levels?
