Good to hear others had the same experience -- so it isn't something I did. Bad to hear others had the same experience -- it's a systemic problem and might be hard to crack :-(. The worst outcome will be if Chase and BA play pass the buck
I don't mind waiting a few more week for the voucher. We just came back from a 241 trip to Portugal in November (crazy to think how different the world was just 2 months ago; we chose Portugal b/c its Covid rate was <10/10000; it's been near 500/100000 this month!)
