Login problem
Hi,
can't login to my account. If I try I get the error "For your security, this account has been locked. Visit the Forgot Password page to send an email to the address stored on your account with instructions to reset your password or contact Member Services".
When I visit the Forgot Password page and enter my email address I receive "Check for an email from Wyndham Rewards to reset your password".
Unfortunately I did not receive any email from Wyndham. Also called the member service twice today. Customer service rep told me both times that my account will be reactivated and that I will receive a new link within 5-10 minutes. But again, I did not receive anything.
Is there someone who can help me with this issue? Thanks a lot!
