I have no experience with BA but Cathay Pacific (another OneWorld partner) is generally very good - generally within a week of travel.

However, one of my trips wasn't credited at all. This was very strange for me as I *know* my AA number was in the system as I got credited for the outbound but not the return *and* I was given a pass to the bus. class lounge on the return trip which requires them to know my AA number.

As I didn't have my boarding pass any longer, I had to send AA my receipt and the matter is still under investigation. I would call to check (if you still have your boarding pass, why not just fax it off to the mileage credit request number?)

Cheers
Matt
