When doing this does the tickets have to under the credit card holders name? or can one of the tickets be booked under the companion(s) in one booking? For example would both scenarios work?

Scenario 1
Amex card holder - $98
Companion - $98

Scenario 2
Amex card holder - $48
Companion - $48
Child 1 - $48
Child 2 - $48
