So after being approved and receiving my Business Platinum, I noticed the statement period was only for two weeks. I can't remember any of my AMEX cards had such a short statement period, even if it's the first statement cycle. I called AMEX to change the statement closing date to match all my other AMEX cards. The rest of my AMEX cards have a statement closing date of the 28th of each month. For whatever reason, the AMEX rep said the latest she could set was the 25th of each month. Close enough, but weird that this one can't go to the 28th. Nearly two weeks after requesting over the phone, I still don't see the change reflected on my account. I called AMEX again, and they said it could take up to one billing cycle before it's reflected. Does anyone here know what's up?
