I am the same! I am going end of Feb 22 Club Class. I cannot get through to BA about anything. What is it about these travel companies. They are expecting people to wait literally hours to get through. Yes, BA is one of them as is Virgin and Emirates Holidays who I have been holding on for for over 45 minutes!

There are other companies to use - dont they realise this??
