Book a dummy cash WTP and go through to final payment - then click on fare breakdown - this will show the taxes / fees / surcharges.

Then do again one way / both ways Club and see the fare breakdown - this will allow you to see the uplift. Rule of thumb exLON it's about £250 extra on a return to US
