You do get the additional award miles. If you have status the award miles are calculated as (base fare +YQ)*6 if you are a general member the factor is 4. The factor and any status related bonus are not shown explicitly. It's hard if not impossible to calculate the correct award miles per segment since you can't figure out the share of the fare that is allocated to a specific segment of your itin.

So in your case:
3732 Mi = €622 (fare + YQ)
696 Mi = €116 (fare + YQ)
