I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that the best option is to skip the lounge and head straight to the gate, with assistance being an option I'll investigate.
Mind you, gates usually aren't published until 90min ahead of departure time for T5A, the reason being that stand utilisation is >90%, planes spend about 1hr on the ground between flights and gate changes would otherwise be endemic if they were to be published way ahead.
