When the RUC cleared the ticket was re-issued by DL and so when I had to move the flights by a month, AMEX GBT couldn’t touch it. DL had to reschedule
Under some limited circumstances DL can change ticket and OTA retain ability to touch ticket. Generally this involves schedule changes/IRROPS. However if DL agent doesn't do it exactly correctly, OTA will be locked out..
