I'd go with Option 2, but with two caveats: point 1) works/accidents (even a minor bump seemingly causes a lane closure) on the M4, which I believe is being downgraded to a 'smart motorway' will cause your journey time to elongate significantly and 2) because of the stellar success of Brexit, cannibalisation from Uber Eats (food won't vomit in your car/rob you) and other apps, there's a bit of a shortage of Uber drivers in London, which in turn causes surge prices and so on, especially if the Tube isn't working on that weekend. You might want to check other companies like Bolt, Addison Lee, Free Now and so on just to be on the safe side.
