So 400 refund, so no actual benefit, which is either random or someone in head office has been careful to design the pricing to prevent this kind of game strategy
Hi - is that a confirmed fact? I was looking at doing similar. I called and the agents said it would be refunded in full - but my guess is she didnt know or understand. Can you point me to that rule in writing somewhere? THANKS! Appreciate the information.
