I had the same issue last November. When I reached out to Chase they sent me a letter confirming I had met the $30,000 spend threshold and the companion voucher would be deposited with 6 weeks. When this did not happen I called Chase. At first, I was told that this was a promotion that I did not sign up for, then I was told to contact BA myself because it was a BA problem. Finally, I managed to speak with a Chase Escalation person and explained to her that Chase was in breach of its credit card contract. The agent was very polite and has promised to get this sorted within the next 10 days. We shall see if Chase understands how bad this looks and gets the companion coupon deposited quickly.
