I was on the "disappointed" party. The miso flavor was too weak, and had to be supplemented with other sauce. Luckily, I had other sauces traveling with me. I had mini Tonkatsu sauce I always travel with, and French Salad Dressing (I grabbed from Alaska Lounge). Tho Katsu sauce is a natural accompaniment, I chose to dip the pork into the French Salad Dressing. Yummy fix. Everything else was great.
