Looking at the Exec Club transactions, they have been adding points whenever Chase issues a statement. But, the points don't exactly match the statements. In particular, the 11/11 point addition is ~1600 points short of the 11/11 Chase statement. So the total points added haven't added up to $30K. I have a payment due on 2/6 (all from charges in 2021) and a statement coming out on 2/11. If I don't see things straightening out by mid February, I'll have to harass somebody. BA is impossible to get a hold of. I guess I will start with Chase.
