Next month my wife and I are flying from the Maldives back to London through Doha. We are flying Male to Doha on Qatar Airways and then on to London on British Airways three hours later. Due to the change of airline as I understand it we will need to clear immigration and collect our bags in Doha and then check the bags in again for our flight to London which leaves 3 hours after we arrive. In these circumstances do we count as 'transit' in Doha or do we need to comply with Qatar entry requirements and get a PCR test in advance? Any advice greatly appreciated.
