With my experience it has generally taken anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks for my OneWorld partner segments to post. They could just be slow on the draw - but I'd give them a call a just verify that they had your AA # at check-in.

For AC and Star Alliance partner segments it usually takes them about 3-4 days to post. With Delta is takes them about a day.
