That's due to inventory tied to minimum stay duration. Every booking I've ever made here has had at least one night that only appeared when booking at least N nights consecutively. As you mentioned, this property and the Conrad both employ that in different ways.
Are there minimum stay durations at the hotel other than during holiday periods? I’m looking at a stay in February 2023.
