Travelled from IAD (USA) to BOM (India) from Dec 11 on Economy Saver and returned on Jan 10th on Economy Flex.
Only received 256 miles on the way down and 634 on the way back. Total of 887 (Skyward and Tier Miles).

Tried claiming miles but says ticket number is invalid when I enter correctly.

Any idea? Emirates chat/phone seems to be busy all the time.

Edit: I got in touch with Emirates and they told me the reason for such low miles are due to me using Cash + Miles. The total Miles I should've received be 7650. I only used cash + Miles for a value of $125 (Total 12% of the fare value) and paid $912 on the fare, but I only receive miles worth 11.6% of the original?
