Well, just how could someone yell on a cell phone if the person had to wear a mask?
The lack of enforcement of rules at Admirals Clubs is just more than I can handle. It's pretty basic: don't use your cellphone on speaker (either for calls or videos--use headphones instead or just keep the phone close to your face) and, as Federal law and AA's published website rules require, wear a face mask. Not rocket science. (And before people tell me to stay home if I don't like the anti-mask behavior, well, rules are rules and I'm simply suggesting that people comply with them.)
I'm a member of one private club (despite my being a member, it's regularly ranked as "one of the most exclusive clubs in City X") that has strict rules about dress, no cell phones, etc. Club staff is very polite and discrete in enforcing those rules; I've been asked to leave when guests of mine showed up in jeans (and I wasn't bothered at all). AC staff ought to be given clear permission to enforce rules, in a polite way. I'd guess that some AC staff must be as sick of the people who scream on cell phones and don't wear face masks as I am.
