Yesterday we flew CPT-ADD-IAD in business class. Our flight landed about 10 minutes early but not at a gate, fortunately the first bus was just for business class so we left pretty quickly for the terminal. The airport was not very crowded at 10 pm so going through security was pretty quick. From security it was a long walk to gate A15 which we did as fast as we could. Prior to gate A14 and A15 there was a boarding pass checkpoint and another security checkpoint, neither was crowded because everybody was already inside boarding. At the gate they escorted us to the plane past all the economy class people that were already in the jet-bridge, I found this totally unnecessary because at that point we knew we would be getting in the plane. We ended up seating for about 20 minutes before we pulled out of the gate, we probably would have also made it if we were in economy.
