I think this is a really bad idea. Even if Expedia would fail to notice that a load of people are asking for fare rules for saved itineraries that never get booked, they are bound to notice if you tell them you specifically need the routing rules. After all why would you need the routing rules for an itinerary that you have already selected.
More likely, they would remove routing rules altogether.
