Presumably, it depends whether it is ticketed as separate segments or not but I would not have thought that you would be able to ticket MCT-DMM-AMS on the same day as two separate segments. It would have to be ticketed as MCT-AMS, and therefore earn the same as if there were no stop in DMM.
