I've just done EZE>GRU>LHR (dep 18th Jan, arr 19th Jan) and can confirm that I stayed on board during the time at GRU. In fact I was the only pax in the main Club cabin for this leg and had three cabin crew tending to my needs!
The crew change over (one crew does GRU-EZE-GRU and then night stops and takes the next aircraft back to LHR) and the first crew stay on board while the ground staff sort out catering and cleaning and then hand over to the next crew who do the GRU-LHR leg.
As for catering, as mentioned above, a snack on EZE-GRU and dinner and breakfast on GRU-LHR.
