Our Hilton accounts are also messed up - no certificates listed, wrong status, only thing correct (at least) are upcoming stays and points. And it's been this way for a while.
Mine is the same. They were correct for a few weeks then they went to update all the status for 2022 and everything disappeared. The app on the phone is correct but you cant see the certs there. It will come back soon. I hope. I should have 3 certs.
