Honestly I want to love this property. Physically it's beautiful, and Jinky, the guest services manager is fantastic. But seeing some more things that have turned me off.

The toilet in the bedroom bathroom only flushes after you press it 7-8 times which is annoying.

The WiFi is very slow and sometimes barely usable, which makes it hard to work.

I had free breakfast as a globalist so went down to check it out. At breakfast this morning I tried to order a iced latte. I was told it would be an extra charge & asked if I wanted it. I asked what coffee drinks were free. They said cappuccinos, lattes, Americanos and Espresso. I said "so a hot latte is free and so is a glass of ice but not an iced latte?" They confirmed that was the case. I decided to save 30 AED or so and pour a latte over ice myself. It was just sad to be told an iced latte was ~$7 but I can make my own for free. Just feels really cheap on the hotels part.
