That's what I was wondering. I mean, I have given BA more money since the beginning of the pandemic than ever before precisely because of BwC!
Edit: I don't know if this could in any way be read by those making decisions, but I'd be willing even to pay 15% more than on a pre-Covid non-refundable fare if this feature were to remain permanent. Though I don't know whether that makes any financial sense to the airline.
fwiw, BA have released a refundable product called ‘select’ which isn’t too much more expensive than the standard fare. The strange thing is that it is t available on BA.com, but you see it pop up sometimes when you search on Expedia
