There are plenty of long distance routes in the Netherlands. The Pieterpad is probably the longest one, https://pieterpad.nl/ . https://www.wandelnet.nl/route-zoeken offers choices ( Lange Afstand Wandelpad are probably the interesting ones). Apologies for the Dutch sites, I haven't found a good English site for this, but they offer GPX files.
