I had a momentary panic attack this week when I was departing for quick trip and iPhone app did not show my reservation for this week but did show all my other reservations. Tried logging out and back in and checked to see if it had been moved from a reservation to current rental but zippo. Then looked up confirmation # from email and plugged it into hertz.com (without signing in) and the reservation came up just fine. Everything was fine when I landed. Have never seen that happen before.
