Instead of compiling a list of e-mail addresses for the “hotel,” maybe the there can be a collection of actual e-mail addresses from concierges, general managers, or other various individuals at popular hotels. Often I am e-mailed by someone at a hotel in advance of a stay - maybe we can collect those addresses (though obviously with turnover they will change frequently)
Whenever I get a hotel email address, I post it in the wiki of the hotel master thread. I would encourage others to do the same. If there’s no master thread, it’s not that popular a hotel.
