Yes I have done it. Changed SEA-PSP to PAE-PSP, without an issue. This was about 2 months ago. On a difference issue, I was talking to an agent on the phone, for a post above, and she confirmed SEA/PAE are co-terminals for SDC for Golds/75K people.
