Is there an option with Iberia to pay c. £5pp to effectively apply a policy similar to BWC to a booking?

Something like this would seem to make sense to an outsider. It’d certainly persuade me to handover some cash for autumn 2022 flights and in the event of activating the policy, the revenue stays with BA.
